I purchased several dresses at the end of May 2025. It is June 8, 2025, and I haven't received anything yet.

I don't have the order number to track the package. Could you find out where my package is?

I am trying to return my order and the website is telling me I am unable since the items have not been delivered. I have the items and if I go to the website it says it was delivered.

Having a difficult time using my order # of 14P250406DL001BlackCT1 you say you cant find it. I cannot proceed to the next step. Please advise me on what to do.

Order took forever to arrive, I've emailed them twice about instructions for return. I finally gave up and spent 15 minutes on their site, pushed the return button, and it says my return time has expired...

wow... so they just don't answer any emails, just dismiss you as a customer so they don't have to invest any more time in you. Never answered any email... gave all info, order number, etc.

Clothing is subpar.

You sent me 2 emails that what I ordered was out of stock, so I told you to refund my money. This has been over 3 weeks.

My order never came, doesn't even show it's been shipped. I ordered over two weeks ago.

This is ridiculous, and there isn't even a customer service number to call. I've tried the chat three times now, and nobody will respond to me.

I think its time for them to be reported to the better business bureau seems to me. There are a lot of people out here, not receiving their packages. Theres no customer service number and then I even returning the money that they received from their orders.

I ordered 6 items with express shipping, for an upcoming vacation. 9 days later, when my items were supposed to arrive, they didnt.

No customer service phone number, so I did the chat option. They basically said they held the entire order for 1 item on back order. Then they told me that even if they released the order, I wouldnt get it for another week.

Dont order anything from them!!! Their business seems very sketchy.

They have the worst customer service ever! I've been sending email messages 5/9/25, 5/10/25 & 2 today 5/13 with no response.

They do not respond on the chat either - it's horrible. They do not have a phone number to speak with a live representative, which I feel is ridiculous.

Scammed. Money taken.

No product received.

I placed an order weeks ago and have not rec'd my order. I have tried to reach someone at the company and cannot . It is very frustrating not getting your order, however it is even more frustrating not being able to speak to someone on the phone to find out what is going on!!!

The 2 dresses I received are too big. I'm trying to return them within 30 days but no one at your company will respond to me.

I no longer have my order number but I'm hoping all the various code on the shipping package will help. This is my second attempt to contact your company.

TI ordered a swimsuit. The quality of the material Is unsatisfactory !

Tried to contact the company by chat, failed tried to get a phone number, failed.

I need an order number and have no idea where to get. There was no packing slip in with the suit.
